Picture on profile page

Hi everyone, still finding my way around the site. I noticed some users have a picture instead of that big question mark ? I can't seem to fine a place to put in a pic can anyone help me on this one.
Thanks from Ontario

hey donaghy & welcome again….

as you enter bills and gain hits you will move up from "newbie" through various levels - at some point you will be able to add a pic to your profile and enter more bills a day than you are able to now. It just takes a little time and dedication.

Thanks raja the oes for the welcome and the info I'm liking this site already :}

And you can only do that by entering bills. Right now your limit is 5 a day, so you should 5 entered by now! Moving up a few levels also gives privledges in other areas.

And if you're wondering what to put on the bills, check out some examples:
