Still Waiting!

I know I haven't entered that many bills, but I was really hoping the guy I bought the car from would check things out. (I paid cash) Oh well, I'm still going to keep tracking. My stamp will finally be ready next week. And in case anybody's interested it only cost me $10.

Don't be upset, but be patient.

You've only been on a month. 2 or 3 months might go by before you have a hit. But once they start, you'll be surprised at how quickly they come.

So did you pay for the car in big bills or 5's? Once he spends those bills, they WILL start circulating. And I believe that a stamped bill attracts more curiousity. Although there are exceptions… BD writes his bills, but his handwriting is bold, yet neat (see bill scans).

It took me almost 5 months to get a hit. But thats becasue I live on Vancouver Island and I can't mark all fo my bills.

I got as many small bills as I could from the bank to pay for the car before my husband said enough was enough. I have to admit I felt sorry for that guy counting all those bills. I think was husband was slightly embarrassed that they all said, "Track This Bill…" That's his disfunction, not mine!

I've counted those bills and I love it. The most cash we've sold a vehicle for was just over twenty thousand dollars, but the bills were mostly hundreds with a few fifties. It was a pensioner who cashed his cheque and kept the money in his cookie jar or something. Out of that deal I got a couple of old bills from the sixties.
The worst part of counting bills is that the deal is usually made just before I go and make the deposit, so I'm in a hurry and don't get to enjoy the cash.

I waited about 4 months for that first hit and it came from a bill I didn't mark. Now that I "stamp" my bills I have got 4 hits in 2 weeks.(3 hits from Idjit's bills that I added my stamp to.)
