I gotta question that recent (today) triple hit on a five. Three hours and some minutes between Regina and Winnipeg? Perhaps a wrong date was entered for one of the users. Or did the Regina person board a plane right away, fly to Winnipeg, and give the bill to someone who also entered it right away?
SOMEONE COULD HAVE GOT IT AT AN AIRPORT AND STAMPED IT. GAVE IT TO THE OTHER AIRPORT AND THE PERSON WHO RECIEVED IT AT A STORE SEEN THE STAMP, HAD A COMPUTER, AND ENTERED IT.?????? THAT WHAT I THOUGHT OF IT
Also, the person may not have entered the bill right away. He may have written down the serial number, spent the bill in Winnipeg, and then entered it later when he got to a computer, estimating the time the bill was received. Then the person who received it 3 hours later, could have entered it at any time after that, but again, recording the time that the bill was received. What I mean to say is, they may have received it within 3 hours but not necessarily entered it within 3 hours. Which brings to mind the question: what happens if User 1 writes down the serial number intending to enter it later, spends it, then User 2, who receives it, enters the bill before User 1 gets around to it? Then would User 2 get the hit instead? In that case, it would seem like the hit "goes back in time".
Actually this is a fake hit so I have removed it, and have attached the bill to the ANONYMOUS user as punishment since the person so blatently was trying to 'cheat'.

How can you tell it was fake?
Heh, I wondered if someone would ask that. In order to preserve my ability to determine fake hits, I reserve the right to remain silent. Plus, I have the final say on all hits anyway, so there. :)

Also, in response to "hits going back in time"… ya, that's why I don't write on my bills until I've entered them, or I simply don't enter them. What will happen in terms of hit counts gets kinda funky if entries get out of order; if USER A gets the bills, writes it down and then doesn't enter it for 2 days and in the meantime USER B gets the bills and enters it, USER B will end up with a hit that should have really gone to USER A. But in order to properly credit hits like that I would have to only count hits every now and then and that would be too slow, so if you write your bill serial nubmers down and enter them later, then you take your chances. :)
