I have the same problems. Site slow downs. It happens randomly and may be for one or two bills and then speeds up. Can take two to three minutes for one or two bills and then two or three seconds. When it takes time it may go to site not found and then is corrected with back and enter. Note also, for some reason, the print size may be enlarged when it is slow. Do not ask my why print would enlarge on the slow bill, but return to normal when I enter the next bill. The size seems to be about twenty five per cent larger. hope this helps with the dianosis.

Thank you for the information, it does probably explain the font change. I was however, trying to help Dr find the problem he is looking for, by giving all the information as to the slow down and what happens when I have the slow down problem. Your explanation is very helpful to my limited explanation of part of the problem. I do appreciate the help you gave.
I've noticed the same problems lately. Some pages are taking a very long time to load. Sometimes I have to stop and reload to get anywhere in less than a minute!
Dr says he is working on it, and many are having the same problems. By posting the times if possible and any other relevant info, it may help the Dr. I guess I should be posting the tmes I have the problems. If enough post the info and some common pattern starts to emerge, it may aid Dr in tracking down the problem. He can only do so if he knows about it and if he has info. Some info best comes from us, though if there is anything he is particularly looking for, and tells us, then we can look for it. Until then, giving him all the info we can on any problem, hopefully gives him some assistance in figuring it out. If some info seems to just needlessly bog him down, then he can tell us to ignore it. Yes, I have had some take two or three minutes to load. On a thirty minute lunch break that is to long.
This happened to me at 14:55 Alberta time when there were supposed to be 142 users. Changed font, etc, for 3 bills, then lost connection (which I recovered by hitting back), then regained and lost original font yet again.
I too have had the font size change numerous times
Mar. 25 around 10:30AM AB time was very slow today at Mar. 26 09:30 AB time site seems to be a little faster.
I also experienced the top of the page that is grey turn to white and all the links (home…) move over to the right side of page

Lately I have been getting frequent "Gateway timeout errors". It took over 45 seconds for this page to load after clicking on reply.
It happened to me March 25 at 15:53 AB time and again today at approx 10:15 and also 10:35, AB time. Also cannot find site at times, one being just before 10:15 today.
I really think the robot is having a nap….and I have just bought a brand new puter and so it is not my puter..it takes a long time to enter bills now. I am having the same problems as PA105
