Ok you guys, lets quit slacking. Nothing seems to be getting done about meeting. Sarge inquired a while ago. no excuses. If we are all busy working, it means we need a break and some time off. Lets get some days listed that we CAN go and take it from there. Any thursday to sunday is good for me. I have to come into the city those days. gas is to high to drive in more often.
Those days work for me. Fridays or Saturdays are best. Where would we have it? We've had 2 in the east end (Moxie's & Brewsters), one in the south (Melrose Place) and one downtown (Copper Kettle) so far. Am I missing any?
If we go next month my weekends are free .. seems all this month the weekends are tied up.
this last week I had a Calgary / Red Deer Trip ( I spend some cash your way folks )
Next weekend,I head to Kipling ( Gf's Parents Farm )
After that is my grandma's birthday ( heading to S'toon ( maybe))
And then there is the last weekend.. tooo tired to do anything but fall on the couch.
I am looking forward to finding some of your money here in Red Deer, LC. Too bad I didn't know you were going to be in town or we could have met up, since I haven't seen you since the Melrose South supper. Maybe we could have hooked up with some of the other Red Deer users as well. I will PM you with my cel # in case you get back here.
I am all game for another meet, it has been too long, keep me posted on dates and I will let you know if I am available with my husband. I have my schedule till the middle of May - he doesn't :) I recommend going someplace like Boston Pizza or East Side Mario's <who doesn't like all you can eat soup or salad with an entree> or some Chinese Buffet or Joeys Only or Houston Pizza, that's my 2 cents, anyone else?

Who has tried Mongolian Grill.. I think it is MmMmMm GOOD!
like a buffet, but you pick your food raw & put on the sauces you like for flavoring… they weigh it & charge you accordingly.
Haven't tried Mario's or Mongolian Grill, but I'd be up for either one.
If I still lived in Regina, I'd suggest Poverino's. God, how I miss their pasta!!! (sigh) :(
I've been to East Side Mario's in Saskatoon. I wasn't impressed enough to want to return. Small portions-high price-lack of flavour.
Mongolian Grill:
Been to several of them across Western Canada and in Hawaii, but haven't tried the one in Regina. Great way dine. Just remember that they charge you based on the raw weight of your food. So go easy on the veggies and the sauces. You're paying the same for them as the meat. Seafood is usually in a seperate bowl and charged at a higher rate. I suggest the black bean sauce though… awesome.
Mongolian Grill is pretty awesome I agree-pick what you want and they charge you according to weight, the heavier it is the more you pay but can have anything, veggies, seafood, chicken, beef, poultry..mmmm
Well Im off to Regina tomorrow evening- Have to take the ol' guy in for some eye surgery & will be in for the next several days- Probably until sunday or monday Hopefully find some way to acquire some hits while im there!! LOL!!
