? about site problems

Finally caught up on some forum readings and found this post by dr

Since my last site code changes, I've switched development environments. Those of you begging for site updates will be happy to know that I've spent the better part of this evening getting the site/app setup with Eclipse (my new development environment of choice) and as such will be able to make changes to the site.

on Mar 3 - I am not a programmer but could a change like this lead to the current site problems

I think it may lead to other minor bugs, but that or the new router obviously fixed the other problems we had.

everything was hunky dory, better than ever before till today. now it is back to choppy woppy. in and out. error on pages etc.
