Is This bill Worth anything?

Hey i just got a 20 and it has a red stamp on its but u can only see 2 corners of the box and thats it. the other thing is that the top margin where white meets green is about half the size of normal ones? is this worth anything or can I spend it?

yaa probably worth a little more thasn face value. I need a scan to see it.. Ill give you 20 bucks…
