Fast

I am on my slow dial-up internet connection. I click on a link and a new window opens. I am waiting for the new one to load completely when I go back to the first window, it's still loading. I hit stop and try to think of a fast website for this window. Of course I think of cdn-money.com.

I come here and marvel at what a great job dr has done on this site. When I log on to the internet, I have to open four or five tabs in Firefox and CMT is always the first to load. When I went to read the messages tonight I noticed the load time was faster! Wait, no Google ads!

Now they didn't bother me very much, off to the side, I usually ignored them. But sometimes when my connection was slow, they slowed the site down. Reading the forum messages when the message was short (ie monthly guesses) it didn't take long to read and sometimes I tried to click next message but had to wait for the ads to load.

Google is great, but their ads weren't as fast as CMT. Just a minor complaint, I wish that they had brought in more money for the site.

Thank you dr for providing us this wonderful site for free.

Ahhhh, as far as I can tell the Google Ads are still on the site…..

I suspect that there was a few minute glitch during the upgrade.

well, there weren't there for the few minutes i was poking around so i had entered and stamped a few notes… oooops… my mistake. back under my rock, i guess.
