I will not be able to attend the gathering due to work and family committments but would like to contribute some "prizes" for your games and or raffle / door prizes - I have some Gas Coupons I could send if anyone is in or near town and wants to come by and pick them up.

Thats a great idea. I help out with that as well. Some Mister Tasty coupons for free ice cream. If anybody wants to get in touch with me, I can let you know where I'll be to pick them up.
I can pick them Up I live but a block away from your store.
I do plan on attending.
As per last year, the Co-op (me)will contribute some pop, chips, weinies and buns, catsup and mustard, and yes, for all you crybabies some plastic forks & knives… and some surprise stuff. I will need a volunteer to take it to the campground, though. Anyone interested, please PM me to co-ordinate.

RE: GOLF
So far I have 3 confirmed golfers. I will be making a booking for June 4, approx. 10AM. (9 holes only - about a 2 hour game)
If anyone else wishes to join us, LET ME KNOW BY NOON THIS SUNDAY! If we have 5 or more, I will make a second booking.
