I work at a Shoppers Drugmart in Ontario and I had this 5 dollar bill come through with the website on it, I was curious so now I am checking this out, I don't fully understand but I think what you guys are doing is really cool, because I always wonder about things like this, especially like who's hands my money has been in and who's hands it will end up in!! I am a big fate-believer so I think its neat!!!
Cheers

Yes it is a great idea. You work at a store so get all the serial numbers of the bills that come in and then write www.cdn-money.com on them and then you will be ranked up nice and high. Also Ontario needs more regular users. I see that you are from kitchiner. Kicheener has enterd the most bill out of all Ontario. Also see that u got a bill from ur dad. How old are you? There is few youngers on CMT 4 14 year olds and then its just old farts. Glad to see you join CMT and have fun.

Welcome to the club Tracer. I'm from Kitchener as well so maybe if you can enter those bills you get at work we can put Kitchener on the CDN-MONEY map. LOL Either way glad to have you aboard and I hope you take to entering bills and having fun. Us old farts need some fresh competition. LOL LOL

Thanks for the advice on writing on the bills at work, its a little difficult to write on them all, but I have been catching a few as they go by! I am also alittle older then 14, say 7 years older so you can do the math, not to be sausy or anything! Thats also neat that Kitchener has the most entries, thats for the advice and facts, I am glad I joined too!!! I think i have interested some new joiners too!

Hi redmax1! SDM#1086! I am 21 so some days I feel almost like an old fart and other days I feel like a youngster out to have a great time! Cheers

I work at Canadian Tire in Ottawa and I came across my first bill there. . .I'm guessing it was from a really hard-core user because the web site was stamped across the bill. . .a stamp is a great and quick way to get to more bills in less time. . .I just print the web-site on my own bills. . .although I don't regularly use cash (I'm a big fan of debit and credit cards) but I'm getting there! P.S. I'm no old fart either. . .20 years old!

I'm somewhere in between the old(er) farts and you young whipper-snappers.

I remember the old days when the money had pictures of Caesar and Alexander the Great on it. Those were good bills then, and real leaders, when the leaders fought to control the country. Not like today when mommy or daddy died and passed it on. We used to wear an onion in our belts, because that as the style then…

kaiser

Sorry to ruin it, but paper money didn't come to Europe until sometime in the 1500's. I think. The only money that Caesar or Alexander the Great were on was coins. Alexander was on the Greek 100 Drachma until just last year.

MmmBeer

Alexander the great was Russian wasn't he.. One of the first czars, or to other folk tsars.. First of the Romanov dynasty..

kaiser

That was Alexander I, II, or III. Michael Romanov was first Romanov Czr/Tsar. Alexander the Great was Macedonian(Greek).

MmmBeer

But they called the Russian Alex Great also.. I believe it was the III.. Nicholas was the last czar, the people threw him down because of his lack of leadership. He later got shot and killed with the rest of his family. And than came Lenin, stalin, and so on..

This really shouldn't be under Bill talk.
