Note limit?

I am classified as a junior user and have been a member since March 21 2006.My note entry limit is still only 5 per day.Just wondery if anyone knows when this will change.

can modify the subject line within forum message replies
can receive SMS text messages when they receive a hit

Perhaps contact dr and let him know what you are experiencing. This could be a program bug.
