I was checking out the top tens on hits in a week and noticed all but one of the multiple hit bills were rehit within a day, or less. Is this a result of anonymous users entering bills and then creating usernames and reentering them? Do hits like these ever get culled, and if so does one of the hits remain intact or are both culled?
In a case where it is obvious the anonymous entry and second entry with a user name were from the same person, the anonymous entry will be removed to "hit heaven". You can check if you have lost any hits in "my user page".
Dr never expected the site to grow as large as it has. Back in the olden days, when there were one or two or thirty hits a month, it was easy to police hits, now with over two thousand hits a month it takes awhile to go through and check the hits, but they will be checked.
