it's a palindrome - the #'s are the same read forwards & backwards - like 1234321 or 4845484. Some people collect them and some may be worth mare than face value to these collectors.

Yes…If you get one, don't stamp it or mark it up because some people collect them and they could be worth more than face value if the right person finds them.
