Abusing Money

Someone is abusing money. A five dollar bill to be exact. in 24 days it went from uncirculated to fair. the poor thing……….Probably kicked from here to B.C.

I had a mental image of a bill being tied to a chair and being whipped with a bicycle chain…LOL

(The only bill that deserves that is Clinton!)
