Hit Heaven

When a bill appears in hit heaven, does this mean the questionable hit is disallowed, or does it mean the entire bill and all current and subsequent hits are gone too?

Hit heaven is only for a questionable hit. Subsequent hits and such are treated in the same way as any other hits.
