User Levels

Hey everyone,
I've been away for a few weeks and was wondering if your user level changes if you are not active on the site for a while?
ML

As far as I know it shouldn't go down but could possibly go up. If you are away for an extended period (a couple of weeks) your score will definitely drop and it will take some time to get back up in the Top User list.

I don't think your lever goes up when you have been away for an expended period of time. It would be like rewarding someone for not doing anything.
However, when you return if you are at a point to get boosted to the next level you may get get a promotion.

Both scenarios can be true based on the particular circumstances. However, you are correct in saying that you are not rewarded for doing nothing. I was thinking more of the condition of ready to go to the next level and just starting an extended absence, it probably rarely happens though.
