Why do some of the cities that have hits in them not have a link. There is also no data for distances between these cities. I've noticed a few from Quebec, and Newfoundland and Alberta also have some. Just wondering.

It's because those postal codes that the entries are linked to do not have lat/long coordinates associated with them.
