CMT Scoring Fix

So, for anyone who used to be in the mega negatives but is now a regular user again (such as MAGWER), the CMT score is now functioning the way I had originally intended. The idea was that if you were deep in the hole due to a long absense that you started back again at 100; that way you jumped back up onto the top CMT score list. However, due to a bug this was not happening. Thanks to Pooga who pointed out the bug, I've now fixed it and you will see that there are now a bunch of us (I put myself down in the negatives to track down the issue) back at 100. Enjoy.

Thanks Dr. I know I wasn't negative in a big way, But I have calculated roughly how long people would be in the negative range.
I have pointed out since you changed the scoring about the negative score to others (such as Magwer) in the forums & said it is a probably a bug as I know you wouldn't intend anyone having a Negative score for an extended period of time upon returning.

I am assuming others have asked questions about why they weren't on the scoreboard & you looked. I don't read all the forums.

Thanks dr, it was going to take me around a year to get back on the leader boards, now I am excited to see my name on there already. Now if I could just break the top twenty that would be great.
