How often can you add new bills as a newbie? Thanks for any help.

You can add up to 5 bills per day as a newcomer and when you start to get really addicted or require the limit to be lifted, you can email DR and ask him to remove the limit but you have to do it in a very convincing manner with as much grovelling as possible..
