Multiple hits

I got a question…
If one person, say me, enters a bill. And then a guy named bob enters the same bill (a hit), and then joe enters the same bill, do both me and bob get hits?

Yes, both you and Bob would get hits. Basically, everyone who has entered a bill that receives hit, gets credit for a hit (ie. their hit count goes up by one) except the person who entered the bill to cause the hit.
