Very neat!!

  1. Grab a calculator.
  2. Key in the first three digits of your phone number (not the
    area code)
  3. Multiply by 80.
  4. Add 1
  5. Multiply by 250
  6. Add the last 4 digits of your phone number
  7. Add the last 4 digits of your phone number again
  8. Subtract 250
  9. Divide number by 2

    Do you recognize the answer?

No trick. You're just taking the first three digits, multiplying by 20,000, adding 250, subracting 250, entering the last four digits twice and and dividing your doubled input in half.

Let me simply the trick: enter the first three digits, multiply by 10,000, add the last 4 digits. Well what else could it be???

I was surprised when my phone number appeared. Neat trick. I will pass it on to get them wondering …
