AOL, and not the compunet service

Hey there is a new five dollar bill out with the new security features, AOL perhaps this could be added to the data base.

Added both the series and the prefix.

AOJ, AOK, AOL & AOM prefixes for the 2006 Series $5s. There are reports of AOH bills as well and it's expected that the series starts with AOG and will likely go to AOZ, with the exception of AOO, AOI, AOQ and AOX.
