a little help needed..

how do I create a link to show the comments someone made on an anonymous bill entered.??

copy the url when youre viewing the hit….click link on right, enter text for link (in this example, ….flin flon hit "OK" paste url in box, hit OK…

You need to find the bill and create a link to it.. and tell us in you message to look at the comments..
