Two questions: what is a "stealth note", and how do I reply to another post?

You can reply to any message that isn't more than 7 days old. I think there might also be a restriction with forums until you have confirmed your email address – I'll have to check as it's been too long since I programmed that part of the site.

And to answer the other question…..a "stealth note" is one that has been entered in the data base but not marked by the user that initally entered the note in the system.

And to quote our site creator:

The bill that you found is what I call a lost bill,(either the user entered the serial number wrong or they wrote it down to enter it later and "lost" the paper they wrote it on)and it was stamped and released.

Welcome aboard kattyc. If you entered a note that was marked and you did not get a hit notification as it was not entered befor, we call that note an orphan….
