Calgarians?

Just wondering how many from this site are in cowtown … haven't come across any marked bills from someone in the city as of yet.

There are at least a dozen regulars that I can think of, including myself of course. :)

I hand mark all mine, but no I don't mark nearly as many as I used to.

Welcome to CMT kev7872. I am a Calgarian. I stamp my bills. I hope that you come across one of mine sometime or I get one of yours to enter. So far I did not find many marked bills and none from a member in Calgary.

I do not live in Calgary, however we have a daughter who lives there. I do stamp and spend quite a bit of cash in your fine city over the course of the year. We were there between Christmas and New Years.

However the sad news is that I spend my winters in Yuma Arizona, from where I am writing this note. We had a gorgeous day here today (Jan. 3rd.) It was sunny, no wind and a high of +23C. I took along a bundle of $5.00 notes this winter so I would be able to enter a note most days that I am here. We plan to be back in Calgary about the middle of April so I will likely spend all those $5.00 notes in Calgary at that time.

Hey Conk, don't forget that you can enter your notes with US zip codes now!

Thanks Pooga. I will probably try that sometime, however the roll of $5.00 notes I brought with me I received from a bank in Medicine Hat so will use my home postal code to enter these. Sometimes I am able to switch some notes with fellow Canadians but found last winter that Canadian cash is quite hard to come by in the southern US.
