I see two possibilities. Either a newbie is fooling around trying to have fun, or someone from the dark site is trying to prove that we allow cheating.
That is really bad. 800+ kms in less than 30 min.
I don't get it. . .the hits on the bill at the end of the link look ok. . .unless it's been changed since the message was posted?
