LOL Good one… Nah it is time spent & bills entered on the site.
after a week or 2 you go to the next level..
I am not sure the link, but somewhere in the help or FAQ.
it tells you how many bills you can enter & the privledges. Hmm I don't think I spelt that right.
he first few levels if you enter your daily maximum.. 5 , then 10.. usually pretty simple. you will climb the first levels quickly.
