updating profile help

How do I add a pic to my profile? I cant seem to find any option to do this in the edit my profile section.

Near the bottom of the edit profile screen, there is a space for you to browse and upload a pic from your PC to use as your profile picture. Hope this helps.

Plus you need to be a certain user level to have access to that ability.
