low number

is 0000231 considered a low number? I have one. a five. vg to fine condition. no tears, partially limp. still has some crispness.

any s/n less than 1000 is considered a low-numbered note. less than 100 is more desierable. in absolutely tip-top unc. shape, your 5 is worth about $20. in fine condition, the usual depreciation is 25% of that… that is, face value. still… a neat banknote!
