Fellow CMTer

Did I see a fellow CMTer at the Shell on 8th and Broadway tonight(28/Nov/02) at about 6pm. She got her change as a 10 and returned it asking for 2 fives..If she wasn't a CMTer she definitely acted like one…Was it you???????

She has all the makings of one. Did you say "May I stamp that bill for you, maam?"

now really what that person would have have to have done to be truly dedicated, is to mark the 10, enter it (even a short while later that day) and then get 2 fives! Sometimes i just write everything down if i have to spend a larger bill. I carry my nice fine point marker with me at all times!! and some paper and a pencil. you just never know!

I did that at the esso once. One of my bills was unmarked and asked for it back, marked it and continued on my way. Sometimes you get so busy shopping etc. that a few slip by. Have to be watching all the time.

we do that…mark a bill and write it down to enter later. but it gets a hit on it before we've had a chance? theoretically, it COULD happen. when we go to enter it will it say already entered - or we would be giving the other person a hit? and is that a BAD thing if it happens or it really doesn't matter…I dunno. Explain plz.

21MDB…If someone enters it after you had it and before you do, they get the hit..That's not a BAD thing. it's just a fact..Thats why I always enter before I release..

chances are pretty slim of that happening though if you think about it. how long does it usually take to get a hit on a bill as a general rule?? days? weeks? months?

But it has happened…..I paid Pooga for a hat with a bill I had marked but not entered until I drove back to Moose Jaw and 'BANG!' A hit for Pooga. It was only one hit….. OH MY GOD 'ONE HIT' WHAT AM I SAYING?(sobbing quietly)JUST ONE HIT!!!!!

Even though this has nothing to do with anything, but antics, you said pigs could one day fly. Well, the frist pig went in an air ballon about 100 years ago. So, they've been flying for the last century.

Not yet…I gave it a chance just this week. I released some bills before I entered them..But I got lucky..

darn and I missed it!! never heard about that one! I will have to come up with a new one now. or change it to grow wings and fly!

HA! If it happened to me someone please get me a map because this sure wouldn't be happening in Montreal!
