When/how to enter bills

G'day folks,
What is the common practice amongst the experienced trackers when it comes to entering your bills.
Do you record your serial number on a slip of paper in your wallet, and then after spending your bill, enter the handwritten serial number off your slip of paper onto the website?
Do you enter the bill and serial number on the website after stamping them, then simply edit the details after spending the bill?
Or perhaps there someother way, like recording info on a spreadsheet then transfering all the details over to the website at once?

All three of those methods work. I have over time utilized those or similar methods to enter my bills. It is best to go with what works for you at any given time.

so what ever floats your boat!
I know in the beginning you are only allowed to enter so many bills and you had more, so your little wadd took sometime to enter. but you do go up and up and at this time i don't make all my allowed entrys.
