Strange. Its in Nova Scotia, and was found by a WW user.

Our <a href=http://www.cdn-money.com/cdnmoney/servlet/cmtViewBill?ID=73971 target=_new>OLD FRIEND</a> showing up again is a bit of a surprise. It was in very poor shape when I last saw it (heavy black felt marker bleeding through from both sides!) and can't believe that it was hit again. Since the comment was from a WW user, I strongly suspect a false hit here.

Since the user knows that it was a radar bill and they can view the partial number, 0***430, they may have entered a few false bills to get to that one. All they would have had to have done was change the middle number, so a maximum of 10 attempts.

I think dr should check other similar bills. If he finds that there are several 0***430 bills, we have an attempted WW intrusion. Maybe raceday16 is a WW member as well? Sorry… no proof there… making unjustified assumptions.

It probably was a fake hit. They are always complaining about our "special" bill. Probably want to cheese us off.

I see that dr has already deleted the hit.

Hopefully he will fill us in on some of the details when he gets back and has time to write a note.

Honestly though, it would be easier if that bill was now deleted off the system. It was funny, but it has been out there a long while. I vote to burn the records. Hmm, which is wierd for me to say, sounds like a bit of a fundamentalist perspective, that is a bit scary.

If you have the info from that hit (ISP, etc.) why don't you pass it on to Hank? If he has a match with one of his users, he could issue a gentle, private warning to the user.
