user levels, entry limits, etc...

As I mentioned before, in this new version (2.1.0) the user levels are automatically updated twice per week. This update happens at every Tuesday and Saturday morning at 3:01am so look for your level changes then.

Also, I am slowly moving to a system where eveyone has a limit, but the higher you go, the higher your limit and it will be reasonable and high enough to control abuse but satisfy the daily needs of most people. Of course, there will be exceptions for the old-timers and anyone who has a special case(ie. own their own business and enter 100 bills each day or something).
