Older money

Straight to the point, older bills circa 1969, and 1979 are not recongnized on this site at all or am i doing it wrong?

you are correct. older banknotes may be added manually at some point in the future if you specifically request it from the administrator/assistants (you need to include all particulars of the notes in your request if you wish to do this). however, it is well to remember that most of what this site is about is the tracking of the movement of canadian banknotes. the older issues of which you speak seldom travel out of your safe or sock drawer (wherever you keep them :) ) and so adding these to the database does little to further the purpose here. thanks for joining up and for your question!

I don't think DR does add old bill anymore. The bills could NOT receive a hit because it would have to be added manually.
As well as you said these bills don't really get used.
DR had mentioned a while back about thinking of removing the old 1's & 2's from the system as well as they can no longer get hits even if they were out in circulation.
