Somehow, I suspect that the bill didn't actually go to NS, as they say they got it in a BC casino. But they must have accessed their own internet account while in BC, entered their home (NS) postal code, then released the bill back into BC.

Thats got to be the case. Look at that time and speed on the first hit. And the second one was pretty fast, also.

I believe them. They could've been on holidays and flown back home. Keeping the marked bill as a souvenir…

I agree with Sarge and Pooga. I have reset the postal code to the PC of the Hotel they mentioned in their comments.
