Credit cards = less cash

I am ashamed to say to you all, that ever since I've been introduced to credit cards with rewards, the amount of cash I have to spend is a whole lot less, and as a result, I have been entering less and less bills.

Sometimes, if I have a big bill, I'll enter it, print stuff on it, and exchange for a larger number of small bills. Some of my large bills have ended up being dispensed from bank machines. That's pretty nice.

But yeah… I'm sorry, I don't have many bills to enter these days, and I'm ashamed.

Yes, but you can always withdraw cash from your bank account to pay your credit card bills, instead of paying on-line or through your bank account. Then you'd still be entering some money.

This why that the United States and maybe Canada to a lesser degree is slated to go into a recession. Credit has been far to easy to get and people living far beyond their means to be able to pay back or even make the minimum payment necessary to keep from interest rates increasing the amount owed each month.
Take those credit cards and cut them up, reward program or not. The reason credit cards have reward programs is to keep you hooked and track your spending habits for the companies that pay them for that info.

I use a lot credit cards with rewards as well. But not to buy on credit. When the credit card bill comes, I pay the total bill right away. So no interest paying here and getting into debt. I guess it depends how you use credit cards and it is alright when you have the money in the bank at the same time. Why not getting those rewards for free?
