Two different prefixes on one bill???

Not sure I am in the right place for this. I have a $5 bill 2006 that has AOH on one side and COH on the other side. The numbers are the same but the letters are different. In the 16000 plus bills I have put in, I have never come across that before. Anyone seen this before? Is it worth anything? Be honest now!
