Ran it through twice before I was happy. Amazing how one or two changes in your lifestyle will drastically change your expected life. Ran it through smoking and non smoking. Almost 10 years difference. I only quit smoking one month ago but think it has made a huge change in my life

But what if I dont want to live to 90 some?? Would be ok if not demented etc. but seriously, I have seen too much of it.
