Foreign Countries

If a note is in a foreign nation other than the US, it is not possible to enter it, is this true?

As of others have mentioned this is true. The cost to buy all of the postal code / zip code databases could become prohibitive, not to mention the extra programming required to make it possible.

I know that as it is dr is extremely busy…..

I fully understand that and I am not complaining or criticizing at all. Maybe we could just allow a ´other´ on the drop down and in that case a postal code would not be required. This would be a very easy change and no costs involved. I am in Portugal at this moment and I was going to drop a note in a bar here to just see what would happen to it if anything at all. Just for fun. It would be interesting to see if it would return to Canada or would visit other countries as exchange money… etc.
