I gave a hit last night to a fellow CMTer, but it said that it was in Victoria thirteen before. I had it for about 1 day before I entered it. I email the person and she said that she wrote down the number weeks ago, but just entered it.
Does that screw things up or is this common practise??

for some with low entry limits writing bills down and entering when allowed or when have place to enter some do not have the net at home? this is a common practice and many of us have used lists and entered after bills have been spent and sometimes after they have already been entered. happens alot in hot spots like saskatoon and the original person who stamped the bill ends up hitting instead of being the first entry. such is life in the tracking world. but yes a common practice on the site to enter off a list.
