only marked bills?

Im new to this note tracking.Should I only enter marked bills or can I enter any banknote I receive? Should I mark all my bills with the url?

You can enter any banknote you receive. You don't have to mark it with the URL. However, a marked bill has a substantially higher chance of being "hit" than an unmarked bill.
