Can anybody tell me where the best place to spend money to get hits and where the Real Canadian Wholesale Store is?
Real Canadian Wholesale is on 8th St. and Preston Ave. It's sort of a warehouse Supervalu…
While you are on 8th St. there are a pile of restaurants (all good, 'cept Montana's and Kelsey's - ask me why sometime and I'll tell you), and just about every other kind of store too. I get better hits spending money on the east side than the west side of the city- don't know why.
Thanks for the info.
If you know someone with a Costco card, you may want to check that out as well. Looking for anything specific?
What gives? They have a blanket policy of yuckiness?
Here it was just mediocre food, disinterested service, score from 1-10: 2.
kelsys over here is just over a family restaurant
The Kelsey's in St Albret [ Alberta ] isn't to bad. Montana's and Kelsey's are owned by the same company.
The Kelsey's in Clareview (Edmonton) has really good honey garlic chicken wings. Service has always been pretty good.
We have a Montana's in Sherwood Park - the menu is pretty boring, so have only been there once.
I have a Costco card and will be going there. All I am really looking for is a place for hits.
Spend your cash at a skateboard place…!
When I was in Edmonton this past summer I liked the steak at Capital City Pizza and Steak in St. Albert(is that the correct name)
Spend your cash at a skateboard place…!
How come? I spent 150 bucks cash buying my skateborad and i didnt get anyhits from that batch. The guy just laughed
Close, It's called Capital Steak and Pizza. They have the best pizza!!!!
They also have a restaurant in Edmonton I think it's on 144th ave near 82nd st.
Actually, they have 2 locations on 144th Ave. The original one is at 72 or 74 street and the other one is in Dickensfield. Great pizza, french onion soup, zucchini sticks…been eating there for years. Great place to go after the bar on a Friday or Saturday night - they're open quite late (2 or 3 a.m.) and they're always busy (at least the one on 74 street). Only bad thing is you need to wear a parka if you use the washroom there! I don't know why, but the ladies washroom has always been freezing cold.
It's a plot by the guys to keep the girls from spending 45 minutes in there…
But the mirror cam that was installed will be no good until they turn the heat up….
