Cleaning my stamper

Anyone have tips on the best way to clean my stamp ( I use StazOn ink)

i found that with stazon, i had to use copious amounts of isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol). be cautious with this because this can also loosen the adhesive that holds the rubber stamp onto the handle. i then brushed the stamp with a toothbrush – making a mess of my shirt, pants and general vicinity (not to mention, subsequently, my TEETH…).

stazon is a necessity in these days of coated banknotes, but it certainly means that you have to clean your stamp more frequently!

i'd be interested in hearing other users strategies.

I have been using the StazOn All-Purpose Cleaner.

(And when my pad dried out, I also used it to refresh the pad. It worked well enough until I had time to get a new pad.)

Ya, I was kind of wanting to use alcohol as a last resort.
