my old ink pads where just useless when trying to mark the newer 5/10's so i tried a more expensive ink pad i got at business depot for a couple more dollars then the old ink soaked cloth pad. this one looks to be a gel and works great on all the new bills so far. better then the old ink pad. cas has trodat 9062 on it.
