ELS added for $20s

As per my own needs, prefix ELS, for $20 banknotes, Canadian Journeys series, has been added to the database. :) Ten such prefixed banknotes were in my possession.

A reminder that the best way in which to inform us of a new prefix is a post in this forum. Or, as in this case, give them to a site assistant. ;)
