Help….dr sent the second half of one of my doubles to Hit Heaven, but the hit looks fine to me. How do I get the address of the hit heaven bill?

Can anybody tell me why it's in Hit Heaven??
My guess is that it was not entered in BC. I got a hit from Alberta that was entered in SASK. and dr sent it to hit heaven. I have sent a snivling note to dr about it..
Yeah with so many public computers out there someone could have been visiting got the bill and entered it at the library and use their home addy but gave the location where they got the bill!!
it could be like the times I go out of town and use the library computers.
My info is entered automatically - Edmonton user - nothing I can do about it except use the comment section.

NO 21 it shouldn't go to hit heaven. dr sent mine to hit heaven because the hitter entered it in Sask. with an ALBERTA addy. I believe this led dr to believe that the bill may have never been in ALBERTA.

what is the ruling on a hit entered in one province, but with another province's postal code as the hit location?
