We arrived safely back in Yuma, AZ after a fabulous week at an all inclusive resort on the Mayan Riviera, about an hour south of Cancun. We attended a wedding there on Feb 26 so were were with a group of over 20 people. A GREAT time was had by all.
I heard there was rain in Arizona. Is the desert blooming yet?
Also, it's still colder than normal up here, so stay south and warm as long as you can. (unless you REALLY miss the snow, then come on back ;-) )
Yes the dessert is in bloom and looking awesome. We had about 2 inches of rain this past December with another 6/10 in January. We had some hot weather this past weekend though the last couple of days have been cooler again, yesterday's high only 72F. I guess however when you compare this the most Canadian locations it still looks pretty good. Have a GREAT day!
