Out of Cash

I ran out of $5.00 Canadian notes to stamp yesterday. I always take a good supply along to Yuma,AZ in the wintertime to feed my addiction. We plan to leave here on March 25 crossing the border into Canada on April 1–if I can stand it that long without entering a note. A GREAT day to all!!

I have NO more Canadian cash left to stamp–the banks in Yuma, AZ DO NOT carry it, beleive me I have tried to get it that way. Do you hear my cry of desperation?

Ya, it always slightly irritated me that you could walk into any bank in any part of Canada, however far-flung, and buy US Cash no problem. But try to find Canadian currency at a US bank? Only in major cities. Obviously lots of reasons for this (every country carries US cash, US population 10X Canada's etc.). But, still!

I haven't had to buy U.S currency too many times in my life, but the banks seem to any amount as said before. As we are on the subject of currency exchange, how are the banks for other currency ie Euro etc?

And you would think with all the Canadians, especially those from SK, that winter in Arizona that all banks in the state would carry some Canadian currency.
