well… partly because the forums have been so quiet and partly because things need to be discussed now and again, i just want to make some observations on this happenstance. at one time, when hits were more strictly vetted, this would have been a cause for some attention. at many times such a spate of hits would often be reduced to only one or two – just for the unusual nature of the occurrence. that may still happen – perhaps not now, but at some time in the future. (it HAS happened to others here)

the other issue that might be germane here is that with the fairly short turnaround and the comments at both entry points, it almost appears as if the notes were withdrawn, stamped and then deposited again. i am not saying that that is what happened in this instance, but all should be reminded that such a thing is usually discouraged by the rules we play by here. i just wanted that reiterated while i am thinking about it…

I got 3 hits at 1 time in Vancouver, 700km away, I think I payed for a large purcase & my 3 bills where deposited by the store & then the bank stuffed them into a atm.
I cant figure out how else 3 of my bills would end up in someones hands at the same time.this one

while I appreciate what youre saying rudyk, the insinuation that after 6 years on the site (I had a previous profile for 2 years) I would start to bend the rules of fair play certainly got my dander up this morning. I will state clearly that I deal with the Royal Bank of Canada, not CIBC and would never have taken out money to stamp and redeposit. judging by the dates the money was spent on my groceries at the Extra Foods - if they deposited the money to CIBC and someone decides to hit the stamped notes,well thats what my stamp asks them to do! I do not otherwise solicit hits from friends, acquaintances, nor do I find another PC to log hits as an anonomous user. I stamp every note that passes through my hands - I even paid for my motorhome with $5000 in stamped 20's (not 1 hit so far, BTW). Yes, the turnaround was fast, but check out my 747 other hits and see if you think Im a cheater.
I know there have been instances on the site where hits have been more than questionable, rudyk - but that doesnt make everyone here dishonest. If the hits are disqualified for having too many - so be it. If they are disqualified because you or anyone else says i'm not playing by the rules, (in other words, cheating), I'll toss my stamp and find a new hobby.

awsucks does that mean i gotta put the rope away… thought we were gonna hava hangin. raja the oes please do not get offended by rudyk comments he was only stating facts of site rules he was not intending to draw your reputation into question. rudyk will most likely answer your concerns so go get your dictionary as i see some long words coming. as a person who has butted heads with rudyk more than a few times i might suggest he does at times come on rather strong but heck that is just the way he is.
hit heaven has not been used for some time and doubt it will be anytime soon. if dr thought you were cheating he would tell you straight up and remove the hits. this is not the case so keep your stamp working and happy tracking. i know how some questions rise about hits having a few bills on the site i have been under the spot light more than once.

Rudyk, you called into question the short turnaround time on these hits - yet I see you very recently had 5 hits that went 700 km in only 4 days, all entered by an anonomous user sequentially - 5's and 20's…. Now, Im not saying anything more than you did, and I would assume that you sent these notes to a relation for a birthday…via express mail. looks to me like those hits would be equally questionable?

BC, it doesnt bother me that rudyk comes on strong, I've followed the forums…lol…he has his place here and serves his purpose - and rudyk…I most certainly am not accusing you of anything nefarious - just pointing out the facts and similarities as I see them
