GeoCaching

Hey you folks with GPS! I was checking out white_owl's profile and found the site for <a href = http://www.geocaching.com> GeoCaching</a> It's really kewl…just about makes me wanna get a GPS system.

It is fun- there are sites that have several links to different treks- all rated as to difficulty. Gotta watch though, every once i a while they just end up at some business. Get a GPS! They're cheaper all the time- just buy the most recent model you can. You can get great deals on old stuff, but the newer ones are awesome!

Yaa, I wanted to get a GPS one time. That was after I found that geocaching site also. I didn't but they look neat. You can get color ones, ones that save maps, play games, etc.. really neat.

I want a GPS. Usfull for anything.

Sort of. It can be something hidden somewhere, or just an amazing view, something carved into a tree, whatever. One was a bed and breakfast outfit run by an outdoors enthusiast- if you found the place using only your GPS you got a free meal. It's the fun of getting there…
